Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •5–8 years of experience in rotor manufacturing, electric motor production, automated assembly equipment, manufacturing engineering, or process engineering in the automotive or related industry.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to perform essential duties, including understanding work instructions, safety procedures, and communications.
  • •Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
