Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical strategy, architecture, and long-term evolution of the go-to-market technology stack.
  • •Design, build, and operate production-grade AI agents and automated workflows to reduce manual sales work and improve decision-making.
  • •Lead technical execution by setting direction, breaking down complex problems, reviewing designs, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • •Stay hands-on across prototyping, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and production operations.
  • •Partner with Sales and Sales Strategy & Operations to translate workflows and business problems into scalable technical solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years with a Master’s; or a PhD with 5 years; or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience setting technical direction and delivering complex, business-critical systems across multiple teams.
  • •Experience designing, building, and operating production software using large language models and AI agents (including tool calling, retrieval, and workflow orchestration).
  • •Track record moving AI from prototype to production with evaluation, observability, security, reliability, and human oversight.
  • •Hands-on strength in software engineering and system design across application, service, integration, and data layers.
