Job Summary

Drive strategy and execution for Imperva’s API Security domain, owning product vision, roadmap, and measurable KPIs. Lead and coach a local team of product managers while partnering with engineering, architecture, threat research, sales, and marketing to deliver differentiated analytics capabilities and drive GTM activities. Engage enterprise customers to translate pain points into requirements, validate solutions, and strengthen Imperva’s position in application security and API cyber protection.

Key Responsibilities

•Own product vision and strategy and clearly articulate it to internal and external stakeholders.
•Lead a local team of product managers, providing coaching, guidance, and direction.
•Conduct deep-dive analysis of customer challenges and translate findings into product requirements.
•Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Architecture, and threat research to deliver roadmaps with velocity.
•Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive GTM activities, monitor KPIs, and support product revenue and profitability goals.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of Product Management experience in Enterprise Security or related solutions.
•3+ years in management positions with direct reports, including developing and mentoring a high-performing team.
•Experience delivering technology products/services in a high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
•Knowledge of DevOps culture, CI/CD tools, and Kubernetes.
•Strong communication and presentation skills, able to present to internal stakeholders and C-level customers/partners.
