Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure and develop the ServiceNow FSM module to address client needs, developing ITSM solutions.
  • •Participate in analysis and optimization of client processes, supporting senior consultants and architects.
  • •Attend client workshops to gather and formalize functional needs, draft technical specs and user stories, and propose technical/functional recommendations and backlog items.
  • •Contribute to Agile practices by supporting sprint planning/reviews, performing technical configurations and developments, and assisting in production rollout.

Key Requirements

  • •A higher education degree (engineering school or equivalent university)
  • •Significant experience of at least 2 years on ServiceNow or 4 years in ITSM
  • •Strong JavaScript and/or Angular.js skills
  • •CSA and CIS-ITSM certifications required; CSM or HAM certifications are a plus
  • •ITIL v4 certification and good knowledge of IT service management processes are required
