Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure an engaging, friendly shopping environment; build and continue client relationships daily.
  • •In partnership with leadership, analyze reports, support action plans for deficient areas, and highlight growth opportunities.
  • •Maintain effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives as needed.
  • •Execute front- and back-of-house procedures in line with company policy, including assisting with shipment processing and product flow, and keeping the store clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
