Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Cell/Line (Florence and Massa) to establish and maintain product-line quality using RCA, corrective actions, statistical process control, quality plans, and workstation audits.
  • •Drive defect/COQ reduction by characterizing recurrent causes and coordinating corrective/preventive actions across impacted functions generating non-conformities.
  • •Provide customer issue answers via technical and transactional RCA and corrective/preventive action plans.
  • •Monitor quality program execution and indicators with COE leaders and verify action implementation efficiency through subsequent defect analysis.
  • •Ensure non-conformity management and punch list process is correctly applied, with appropriate eNCR documentation, and drive qualification/control of special processes and farm-in/farm-out activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Engineering (preferred Mechanical, Aeronautics, Chemical).
  • •Fluent English and strong technical knowledge.
  • •4 years’ experience in Quality or Operations or Supply Chain.
  • •Ability to analyze problems and identify root causes, applying corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Six-Sigma Green Belt certification (and problem solving certification such as Apollo or Shainin).
