Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinating change management for active jobs by tracking revisions, confirming impacts to scope and schedule, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • •Running customer setup and ongoing account maintenance, including required information intake, system/profile configuration, and documentation of customer preferences.
  • •Maintaining accurate, timely takeoff deliverables by ensuring consistent customer-specific requirements are captured and handed off.
