  • •Define, lead, develop, and implement the product roadmap across three verticals with AI/agent integration, aligned with personalized care portfolio objectives.
  • •Lead and inspire a team of product managers and technical product managers to drive execution, innovation, and collaboration.
  • •Coach and develop a multi-disciplinary team, fostering continuous learning and growth.
  • •Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies, including market analysis, product development, and lifecycle management.
  • •Own product portfolio roadmap decisions by aligning science, commercial, regulatory, market access, clinical pathways, and patient preferences; track KPIs and use data to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •15+ years of progressive product management experience (management consulting experience a plus).
  • •10+ years of leadership experience building and cultivating high-performing teams.
  • •Prior oncology, primary care, and consumer experience.
  • •Prior in vitro diagnostic product launch experience; strong diagnostics market understanding including regulatory and compliance landscape.
