Support TikTok Shop’s Agency Partnerships team by standardizing agency partner operational workflows and managing end-to-end onboarding activities. Key Responsibilities

•Standardize and maintain end-to-end operational workflows (SOPs) for agency partners, managing onboarding and daily high-frequency inquiries for compliance and efficiency.
•Lead data tracking, post-mortem analysis, and consolidation of key campaign metrics to build weekly reports and performance dashboards.
•Oversee execution logic for mega-sales and daily campaigns, including system setups for product subsidy allocations and traffic routing (e.g., QR code flows).
•Serve as the central communication hub across Creator Management, Category, and cross-functional operations teams to align requirements and drive multi-party campaigns.
•Project-manage end-to-end execution of large-scale offline events and marketing activations with multi-department coordination and agile crisis management.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

•Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and experience in project management, campaign operations, or marketing-related internships (preferred).
