Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the sales team to clearly demonstrate the value of Cadence Romax solutions through pre-sales technical support, customer presentations, and solution demonstrations.
•Provide expert post-sales technical support to ensure successful implementation, effective adoption, and long-term customer success.
•Deliver high-quality consulting services on Romax, and where relevant Adams, projects for leading customers across a range of industries.
•Plan and deliver seminars, workshops, and training sessions that strengthen customer enablement and knowledge sharing.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide structured customer and market feedback that guides product development and future enhancements.

Key Requirements

•Strong practical experience in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) in an industrial, consulting, or applied engineering environment.
•Solid understanding of driveline components and systems, including gears, bearings, transmissions, electric motors, and related rotating machinery.
•Good understanding of structural dynamics, with the ability to apply simulation and modelling techniques to real-world engineering challenges.
•Hands-on experience with one or more commercial CAE tools, such as Romax, Adams, MSC Nastran, or Actran.
•Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
