Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, maintain, and enhance financial models for project economics (NPV, IRR, payback), capex/opex forecasts, and life-of-mine cash flows.
  • •Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasts, consolidating inputs across project, exploration, technical, and G&A functions.
  • •Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages, including budget-to-actual variance analysis with clear driver commentary.
  • •Track development capital spend against approved budgets and AFEs, flagging overruns and cost trends early.
  • •Monitor and forecast liquidity/work capital needs, and perform scenario and sensitivity analysis on key value drivers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,000 - 118,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • •4+ years of FP&A or corporate finance in mining, resources, energy, or another capital-intensive industry.
  • •Advanced financial modeling skills, including building dynamic three-statement and project cash flow models from scratch.
  • •Expert-level Microsoft Excel proficiency with strong attention to detail.
  • •Ability to translate complex financial and technical data into clear insights for leadership.
