Job Summary

Senior Engineer - Structures to lead building structures design (steel/concrete) from concept to detailed design, supervise a team of engineers and BIM technicians, coordinate with the India-Netherlands team, mentor junior staff, ensure QA/QC and adherence to Eurocode/ACI, and deliver compliant, cost-effective design solutions within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare feasibility studies and lead the design process from concept to detailed design for steel and concrete buildings.
•Lead design reviews, ensure QA, and coordinate contract documents and input from team members.
•Carry out detailed design as per client requirements, including complex calculations and coordination.
•Manage a team of engineers and BIM technicians; mentor and develop technical staff.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams (India-Netherlands) to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and membership to an accredited engineering body; Master’s degree preferred.
•8 to 14 years of experience in building structures design (concrete and steel) with seismic design experience.
•Proficiency with structural software such as RFEM, FEM Design, ROBOT, ETABS, SAFE, RAM and STAAD Pro.
•Experience with international design codes (Eurocode, ACI, etc.).
•Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
