Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide exceptional customer service by responding to questions or issues, understanding customer needs, and making product recommendations.
  • •Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards; retrieve and stock merchandise from the sales floor and inventory locations.
  • •Complete required cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges) and support loyalty program connections efficiently and accurately.
  • •Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming and outgoing product flow.
