Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product-related engineering activities to build capability for solutions meeting customer demands.
  • •Manage a team to design inspection points meeting engineering specifications and implement error-proofing technologies into manufacturing processes.
  • •Participate in product redesigns to meet market requirements and localize products (materials, parts, components, production depth) per localization plan and product strategy.
  • •Coordinate new product transfer into mass production with Eaton locations and departments, follow up Pro-launch process, and organize product audits for Chinese regulations.
  • •Collaborate with the OPEX team on production line process/layout design for safety, productivity, and quality; analyze product costs and sponsor cost-reduction projects; provide technical support and training to operators as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical or Automation.
  • •10 years of practical experience in comparable positions.
  • •At least 5 years of management experience.
  • •Familiar with related GB or IEC standards and design programs, with strong technical skills and in-depth knowledge of electrical power systems and product assembly/components.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English; strong communication, organization, coordination, motivation, and analytical skills.
