Job Summary

Own end-to-end acquisition and incubation for Home & Living brands on TikTok Shop across Spain and select EU markets. Identify and prospect category-defining merchants, run tailored pitches and commercial negotiations with C-suite stakeholders, and lead onboarding through first activation. After signing, drive sustained GMV and seller health growth using data-led recommendations, scaling partners into additional EU countries and packaging repeatable playbooks for the KA team.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the acquisition pipeline for priority Home and Living brands in Spain and selected EU markets, including prospecting, pitching, and signing strategic accounts.
•Lead end-to-end commercial closings from first outreach through term sheet, onboarding, and the first 90 days of activation.
•Engage C-suite and Director-level stakeholders (e.g., Heads of E-Commerce, Digital Directors, Country GMs) to position TikTok Shop as a must-win channel.
•Drive ongoing account growth post-signing, including sustained GMV growth, seller health, and strategic progression on TikTok Shop.
•Scale partners across additional EU markets by building rollout plans and creating repeatable growth playbooks.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in operations, account management, or a similar field with a track record in direct acquisition/business development/strategic sales.
•Proven hunter background: personally closed enterprise-level deals or signed major brand/merchant partnerships (not a pure account management role).
•Experience engaging stakeholders and closing deals requiring alignment across multiple decision-makers in complex organizations.
•Strong commercial acumen: size opportunities, build business cases, negotiate terms, and drive measurable outcomes using data.
•Fluency in Spanish to collaborate with Spanish stakeholders.
