•Provide tailored beauty consultations and personalized product recommendations for each client.
•Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
•Stay current on beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice.
•Drive results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
•Support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming environment and upholding Sephora standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 20.5 hourly

•Previous experience providing excellent service and building strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•Passion for beauty and trends, with a focus on empowering confidence.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work as a team player in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
•Quick learner who can absorb and share product knowledge, including physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
