•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or Architecture (B.Arch); Postgraduate qualification a plus.
•8-10 years post-qualification experience in a similar role with construction consultancy in India.
•Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
•Strong technical skills with knowledge of project planning, governance, and resource procurement.
•Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage change control and project finances.
