Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, manage, and close an enterprise insurance pipeline from initial conversation through pilot, contract, and expansion.
  • •Develop trusted relationships with senior decision-makers at U.S. carriers, MGAs, reinsurers, and other insurance institutions.
  • •Generate high-quality pipeline using network, targeted outbound, industry events, and broker/placement referrals.
  • •Partner with product, engineering, and leadership to translate customer pain points into AI solutions for operational problems.
  • •Shape the insurance vertical sales motion, including ICP definition, messaging, qualification, pricing, deal structure, and expansion strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep credibility in the insurance industry, either from direct experience or selling into it for most of your career.
  • •Knowledge of P&C, Specialty, and/or Life & Annuities, including underwriting, claims, actuarial, distribution, and carrier operations.
  • •Active relationships with senior decision-makers at U.S. carriers, MGAs, reinsurers, or adjacent insurance institutions.
  • •Proven ownership of enterprise/commercial outcomes: quota-carrying, leading complex deals, and accountable for revenue or pipeline growth.
  • •Comfort selling highly technical products and credibly discussing AI, data, analytics, and automation with technical and executive stakeholders.
