Key Responsibilities

•Manage cross-functional projects spanning sales operations, support marketing, sales team training, solution architecture, and proposal efforts.
•Build and maintain project plans, timelines, task trackers, meeting notes, decision logs, and status updates.
•Coordinate priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and handoffs across internal teams.
•Partner with solution architects to track customer requirements, technical inputs, demo preparation, implementation needs, and follow-up actions.
•Support contracts and proposals by coordinating inputs, timelines, reviews, approvals, and submission readiness.

Key Requirements

•2-4 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, sales operations, customer operations, technical delivery, or a similar cross-functional role.
•Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Comfort working across technical and business stakeholders and translating between technical, commercial, and operational teams.
