Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement security requirements across client and back-end systems.
•Identify and mitigate security threats in the API gateway, MCP server/client, and provider integration areas.
•Improve UX in a Next.js-based operations console.
•Build security detection and incident response systems using OTLP traces, anomaly events, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, logs, and metrics.
•Design security policies for platform dependencies and operate services using Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and GitLab CI/CD while collaborating with SRE and engineering teams.

Key Requirements

•Practical understanding of JWT, OAuth/OIDC, JWKS, key rotation, token lifecycle, session, PAT, and secret management.
•Hands-on experience applying core cryptography concepts (hashing, HMAC, digital signatures, symmetric/asymmetric encryption, secure randomness, certificate chains) to token signing/verification and key/certificate-based communication.
•Experience developing HTTP API servers, middleware, service-to-service authentication, and audit logging using Go or other backend languages.
•Ability to identify and respond to security risks such as SSRF, CSRF, XSS, replay attacks, token leakage, privilege escalation, and insecure direct object reference.
•Experience operating services in Kubernetes/Helm/Docker and CI/CD environments.
