Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement security requirements across client and back-end systems.
  • •Identify and mitigate security threats in the API gateway, MCP server/client, and provider integration areas.
  • •Improve UX in a Next.js-based operations console.
  • •Build security detection and incident response systems using OTLP traces, anomaly events, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, logs, and metrics.
  • •Design security policies for platform dependencies and operate services using Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and GitLab CI/CD while collaborating with SRE and engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Practical understanding of JWT, OAuth/OIDC, JWKS, key rotation, token lifecycle, session, PAT, and secret management.
  • •Hands-on experience applying core cryptography concepts (hashing, HMAC, digital signatures, symmetric/asymmetric encryption, secure randomness, certificate chains) to token signing/verification and key/certificate-based communication.
  • •Experience developing HTTP API servers, middleware, service-to-service authentication, and audit logging using Go or other backend languages.
  • •Ability to identify and respond to security risks such as SSRF, CSRF, XSS, replay attacks, token leakage, privilege escalation, and insecure direct object reference.
  • •Experience operating services in Kubernetes/Helm/Docker and CI/CD environments.
