  • •Supervise employees involved in production/operations such as assembly, inspection, test, and final test for manufacturing of capital equipment and components.
  • •Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials requirements; support performance metrics and operational meetings.
  • •Conduct milestone meetings and drive meeting/improving cycle time performance and other operational metrics.
  • •Ensure timely response to operations issues impacting customer satisfaction and support conformance to customer/vendor requirements.
  • •Manage safety and training compliance, oversee injury prevention, and implement Lean, Safety, and Quality initiatives.
