Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead execution of private credit secondary transactions, including GP-led continuation vehicles, LP portfolio sales, fund restructurings, and recapitalisations.
  • •Manage due diligence, data rooms, financial analysis, and transaction timelines across the deal lifecycle.
  • •Prepare and review marketing materials, investment memoranda, management presentations, and financial models.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with private credit fund managers, institutional investors, and secondary market participants to originate mandates.
  • •Mentor and manage Associates and Analysts, oversee workstreams, and support recruitment and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a strong academic record.
  • •6-10 years of relevant investment banking or private capital advisory experience, including private credit/secondaries, leveraged finance, restructuring, or alternative asset management.
  • •Demonstrated experience executing private capital transactions and interacting with institutional investors.
  • •Strong understanding of private credit markets, fund structures, portfolio valuation methodologies, and secondary transaction dynamics.
  • •Advanced financial modeling and strong written and verbal communication skills.
