Major Projects - Thermal Performance Engineer

Own and resolve higher-tier thermal performance issues across multiple Vistra nuclear power plants to support uprate initiatives and improve rated output. Lead interpretation and analysis of complex thermal performance problems, coordinate studies and projects through completion, and provide vendor oversight for tests and walkdowns. Produce recommendations reports and, at times, lead special projects and committees while ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
