Mortgage Branch Manager

Lead and support Mortgage Loan Originators to hit regional production goals while driving operational excellence, growth, and profitability. Manage and maintain a personal retail mortgage loan pipeline, recruit and train top talent, and retain and performance-manage current employees. Coach the sales team, develop marketing materials, and build relationships with local mortgage banking, realtor, and builder trade associations, serving as a liaison across Home Mortgage and other departments.
