Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related) plus 10 years of equivalent experience, including progressive leadership managing transportation engineering projects, multidisciplinary teams, and client relationships.
  • •Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Transportation Engineering.
  • •20+ years of experience leading large transportation organizations, project delivery teams, or statewide transportation programs.
  • •Proven experience building and executing strategic growth plans and leading multidisciplinary teams across roadway, highway, bridge, traffic, and transportation planning disciplines.
