Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor the performance, availability and reliability of cranes and rolling stock and adjust based on KPIs (uptime, failures, response times)
  • •Lead the Managers of Crane Services and Rolling Equipment, coach and develop their teams, and foster a culture of safety, ownership and continuous improvement
  • •Translate strategic asset management objectives into maintenance priorities and optimal use of resources to boost asset reliability and efficiency
  • •Coordinate closely with Maintenance Planning and Reliability Engineering to prioritize and execute maintenance works
  • •Act as contract manager for maintenance and service contracts within the Crane Services and Rolling Equipment area, ensuring suppliers contribute to desired performance, reliability and availability

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in Engineering or a similar technical field
  • •At least 10 years of experience in a technical/industrial environment with multiple years in a leadership role
  • •Strong expertise in asset management, maintenance strategies and operational management of critical assets
  • •Experience with contract and supplier management, including defining, tracking and improving performance contracts and SLAs
  • •Proven ability to combine analytical insight with KPI management and continuous performance improvement; strong people management and stakeholder communication in Dutch and English
