Job Summary

Own a portfolio of strategic electronics/3C partners for TikTok Shop, onboarding them and scaling long-term growth. Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Source and onboard strategic Electronics merchants in France, creating onboarding solutions and setting partners up for mid- and long-term growth.
•Design and execute growth plans for partners across assortment, content, creators, pricing, logistics, and campaigns.
•Own revenue and GMV targets, driving performance through data, experimentation, and iteration.
•Work cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Marketing, Creator, and Policy teams to improve the merchant and user experience.
•Analyze electronics market trends and lead internal projects to expand the electronics ecosystem (campaigns, product launches, B2B marketing).

Key Requirements

•Relevant work experience in Business Development, Account Management, Content Creation, Social Media Marketing, or equivalent fields.
•Experience in a client-facing capacity with strong interpersonal skills, communication, and customer service orientation.
•Deep understanding of the electronics market, including trends and the creator ecosystem across France and ideally Europe, UK, and US.
•Fluency in English and French to communicate with local stakeholders.
•A fast learner who can thrive in ambiguity, set priorities, multitask, and work independently.
