Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare aluminum and copper busbars for assembly by operating manual presses, hand grinders, and taping equipment prior to the epoxy process.
  • •Comply with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines and maintain 5S+ standards within the work area.
  • •Receive job assignments from the supervisor or production control system and enter required information into the data collection system accurately and promptly.
  • •Interpret manufacturing documents (sketches, drawings, written or verbal instructions), set up and operate heavy machinery, and perform routine machine maintenance.
  • •Verify components to engineering specifications using calipers and gauges, perform statistical process control (SPC) monitoring as required, and flex across fabrication areas.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • •Reside within a 50 mile radius of the facility.
  • •3 months of industrial manufacturing experience.
  • •3 months of experience operating a powered industrial vehicle (e.g., forklift).
  • •3 months of experience using hand and pneumatic (air) tools.
