Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain process analyzers and their support systems to ensure safe and reliable operation of site equipment.
  • •Generate and review procedures, executing assigned work according to plan and schedule while noting job plan deviations.
  • •Develop and implement solutions to improve Analyzer MTBR and reduce unplanned maintenance events.
  • •Provide technical direction for engineering contractors working with analysis equipment.
  • •Identify opportunities to improve plant operations and profitability, including obsolete/antiquated analyzers, and assist with FAT/SATs, commissioning, checkouts, and start-up activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of Analyzer maintenance experience in a chemical, refining, or other process-related industry, or a degree in Analyzer technologies.
  • •Experience with on-line analyzers such as GC, IR, CEMS, Oxygen, Water Quality, Gas Detection (or similar) in a refinery, petrochemical plant, or similar industry.
  • •Understanding of analyzer technologies and hardware as applied to petrochemical plants.
  • •Knowledge of sample conditioning principles and hardware for process analyzer systems.
  • •Demonstrated working knowledge of applicable engineering codes/standards and their application.
