Key Responsibilities

  • •Shadow the Certified Energy Specialist (CES).
  • •Learn how CHS increases sales/profitability through sales, marketing, and consulting processes for CENEX products and cooperative services.
  • •Train on building and maintaining positive customer and potential-customer relationships.
  • •Attend sales calls and in-person commercial meetings with the CES team.
  • •Spend time with the energy service team in the field and on a propane route driver ride-along, plus observe Energy Manager oversight of safe, efficient operations.
