Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure and maintain the Employee Central module within SAP SuccessFactors based on business requirements.
  • •Configure and support the Benefits module in Employee Central as well as SuccessFactors Onboarding.
  • •Analyze business requirements and recommend system configuration solutions.
  • •Identify and fix configuration issues using root cause analysis.
  • •Support system testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live production support.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Core HR solutions.
  • •Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration experience.
  • •Hands-on SuccessFactors Onboarding experience.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue-fix skills.
  • •Experience supporting quality assurance, issue resolution, and implementation activities.
