Job Summary

Support SAP SuccessFactors sustainment and ongoing project initiatives focused on Employee Central, including Employee Central Benefits and Onboarding. Configure and maintain Employee Central and related benefits/onboarding modules, analyze requirements, recommend configuration solutions, and resolve issues with root cause analysis. Participate in testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization while working with the People Systems team, business collaborators, and vendors in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure and maintain the Employee Central module within SAP SuccessFactors based on business requirements.
•Configure and support the Benefits module in Employee Central as well as SuccessFactors Onboarding.
•Analyze business requirements and recommend system configuration solutions.
•Identify and fix configuration issues using root cause analysis.
•Support system testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-go-live production support.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Core HR solutions.
•Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration experience.
•Hands-on SuccessFactors Onboarding experience.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue-fix skills.
•Experience supporting quality assurance, issue resolution, and implementation activities.
