Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the health, retention, adoption, and growth of a defined portfolio of enterprise Life Sciences accounts, including pharma and medtech partners.
  • •Serve as an executive sponsor and escalation point to resolve critical customer issues with operational rigor and fast turnaround.
  • •Drive measurable customer outcomes across adoption, expansion, retention, and overall portfolio health using Agentforce, AI, and data-driven insights.
  • •Establish and scale customer health frameworks and metrics, owning core metrics such as NNAOV, Attrition, CCR, and product adoption.
  • •Build, hire, coach, and retain a world-class team of Customer Success Managers, and represent Salesforce with C-suite stakeholders and industry forums.
