Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end design, development, delivery, and maintenance of software development within R&D.
  • •Lead multiple matrix organizations through software leaders; define cross-Clinical Platform software strategy and engineering strategy across value streams.
  • •Execute organizational strategy by setting success criteria, removing impediments, and serving as escalation point.
  • •Develop and lead high-performing teams via recruitment, staffing, goal setting, performance appraisal, and people development.
  • •Drive agile development adoption and ongoing improvement of software development practices while ensuring process compliance, quality, security, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Overall 15+ years of work experience, including 12+ years in people/program management in healthcare products domain.
  • •Proven ability to lead software development projects and meet objectives, goals, and commitments.
  • •Strong understanding of business needs with the ability to build and maintain customer trust.
  • •Good understanding of Project Management practices and the Scaled Agile Framework.
