Key Responsibilities

  • •Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers for materials, components, and services required for pontoon boat manufacturing.
  • •Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and collaborate with legal/compliance to draft and manage contracts.
  • •Identify cost-saving opportunities and perform regular cost analysis and benchmarking to stay competitive.
  • •Foster supplier relationships, run performance reviews, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • •Coordinate with production planning, engineering, and quality to ensure timely material availability; monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within the marine or manufacturing industry.
  • •Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
  • •Analytical mindset with proficiency in cost analysis and market research.
  • •Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
