Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, lead, and manage business releases (epics/capability/features) deployed via VersionOne as the master; define release roadmaps with epic owners and product/solution managers.
  • •Validate business release roadmap with MCA and programmes (Blue/Orange plan alignment) including MVP0, attending pre- and post-PI to ensure consistency.
  • •Identify interdependencies with other large solution impacts, synchronize plans with other business release managers, and define deployment strategies and plans with stakeholders (awareness/training/BOS/methods).
  • •Manage active risks/opportunities with mitigation actions, critical path, fallback scenarios, and lead go/no-go business deployment gate reviews/steering.
  • •Lead business testing strategy and execution for electrical design solutions: define aBT/BAT strategy (test scenarios/cases/scripts), organize ALM/HPQC, manage testers and campaigns, run defect management, and obtain stakeholder sign-off.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering graduate or postgraduate with 4-7 years of experience in the Electrical/Mechanical/Aeronautical domain, with background on Airbus Electrical processes.
  • •Electrical functional knowledge of wiring/principle diagrams and configuration management tools (e.g., Capital, CIRCE-C/CIRCE-G, TAKSY ELSY/GESY, BCAWD, SIDIE).
  • •Hands-on electrical physical/product and design knowledge (e.g., CATIA design Full 3D, proptool, 2DGraph, electrical layouts process, ADAP/ADF design solutions).
  • •Product data management and configuration management experience across programmes (e.g., product structure, release/change management, BOM on single aisle/A350/A380).
  • •CAD/PDM/TDM application experience (e.g., Windchill, Enovia VPM, CADINT, CATIA V5, APS, DMU) plus basic SQL/data analysis advantage; project lifecycle and KPI experience expected.
