Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in retirement product or annuity valuation (GAAP and/or statutory), supporting quarterly closes and/or forecasting.
  • •Hands-on experience with a major actuarial modeling platform (e.g., GGY AXIS or MG-ALFA) and comfort with complex projection models.
  • •Solid data and tooling skills, such as SQL and Excel/VBA, with the ability to trace model outputs through to the ledger and financial statements.
  • •Ability to communicate complex actuarial concepts to non-actuarial partners and leaders.
  • •ASA required; FSA or progress toward FSA is preferred.
