Job Summary

Own strategy development and translate Service Operations priorities into roadmaps and OKRs. Lead governance cadence such as MBRs and QBRs, and support the Senior Director with narratives and decision-ready materials. Drive highly complex cross-functional initiatives across Product, Finance, Marketplace, Vendor Ops, and Support, tracking milestones and resolving escalations. Measure KPIs, generate insights to improve CSAT and cost efficiency, and report progress and risks to leadership.

•Partner with leadership to shape CX & Service Operations strategy aligned to company priorities and financial targets.
•Convert strategic priorities into roadmaps and OKRs, supporting trade-offs with structured data and recommendations.
•Run governance cadence (MBRs, QBRs, leadership reviews, All Hands) and track OKR progress with clear ownership and accountability.
•Lead cross-functional, complex initiatives across Product, Finance, Marketplace, Vendor Ops, and Support teams, ensuring delivery on time.
•Own KPI performance management by analyzing metrics and translating data into actionable insights and leadership reporting.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or program management with a track record of execution in complex environments.
•Ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous problems and translate strategy into action.
•Proven stakeholder management skills to influence senior leaders across multiple functions and regions.
•Comfort working with data, defining metrics, and using insights for decisions.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
