Land Rep III/Sr

Own the protection, acquisition, and negotiation of land and property rights for pipelines and facilities, collaborating with company partners to resolve complex needs. Develop budgets for growth capital and maintenance projects, create and maintain land-related contracts and legal documents, and represent the company in public hearings and external events. Supervise support for large-scale maintenance, operations, relocation, and abandonment projects, and analyze real estate transactions to shape execution strategies.
