Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate day-to-day execution of client-facing AI agent deployment projects and internal cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
•Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and dashboards; track milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple workstreams.
•Facilitate recurring project meetings (kickoffs, standups, status reviews) and produce clear meeting notes and follow-ups.
•Prepare client-facing project updates and internal leadership reporting, maintaining PMO templates and documentation.
•Support contract administration, vendor onboarding, and resource coordination across Canada, US, and UK.

Key Requirements

•1 to 3 years of experience as a project coordinator or junior project manager in technology, SaaS, professional services, or consulting.
