Key Requirements

  • •3+ years as a maintenance technician (or closely related role), with experience directing, evaluating, and training maintenance technicians preferred.
  • •Ability to lead, direct, evaluate, and train a team of maintenance technicians, with experience reducing machine downtime.
  • •Diagnose basic electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC issues and direct or assist repairs.
  • •Promote a “Safety First” culture and develop/maintain an effective preventive maintenance program.
  • •Basic PLC experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP is a plus.
