Job Summary

Support senior professionals with corporate finance and investment banking client advisory across Defense, Government, Engineering and Industrial Services. Assist in origination and execution of M&A, leveraged finance, and ECM transactions, including client development support, pitch and marketing materials, transaction screening, and financial statement modeling. Conduct company and industry research, participate in due diligence and legal documentation, and help lead execution from origination through closing while supervising and developing analyst-level bankers.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in the evaluation and execution of investment transactions, including M&A, securities issuance, and capital restructuring.
•Provide financial analysis reports and extensive financial statement modeling for multiple transaction scenarios.
•Prepare marketing documentation such as pitch materials, board and management presentations, and road show materials.
•Conduct comprehensive company and industry research and analyze model output to prioritize data and present conclusions.
•Support transaction execution through due diligence, transaction screening/credit or underwriting approvals, and drafting/negotiating legal documentation, including supervision and development of analyst-level bankers.

Key Requirements

•3 to 5 years of direct experience with proven client interaction and investment banking/M&A/corporate finance/leveraged finance/capital markets experience.
•Undergraduate degree with a strong academic record from a leading university.
•MBA is a strong plus (not required).
•Excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Experience using financial services tools including S&P Capital IQ, Bloomberg, FactSet, and similar platforms; FINRA Series 79 (or 7) and Series 63 (or willingness to obtain licenses quickly).
