Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate continuous improvement process work sessions and leading teams through rapid improvement events to address strategic projects or value stream initiatives.
•Lead efforts for establishing and sustaining improvement processes supporting a value stream manager and their associated value stream.
•Implement shared continuously improving standard practices and processes across an area or business unit.
•Mentor and coach frontline leaders and personnel at the location to promote and foster a thriving Continuous Improvement (Lean) culture, develop Continuous Improvement (Lean) competencies, and empower individuals throughout the organization to relentlessly pursue waste elimination, driving continuous improvement and maximizing customer value.
•Evaluate the leadership standard work of the local frontline leaders in support of an effective management system, infrastructure and management process.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
•2-4 Continuous Improvement roles experience.
•Strategic, influential collaborator able to drive outcomes across functions.
•Effective with both strategic and tactical teams; data-driven and results-focused.
•Excellent communication in English; permanent residence in Suriname is mandatory.
