Job Summary

Own inventory availability for premium domestic appliances by optimizing stock across multiple categories and managing inventory integrity and lifecycle. Coordinate sales support activities such as order processing, display stock distribution, and customer enquiries. Track performance with stocktakes and KPI reporting, drive proactive inventory planning, and manage returns with root-cause analysis. Partner with 3PLs and stakeholders in Australia and New Zealand to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize inventory investment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage inventory across multiple stock categories to ensure optimal stock availability, integrity, and product lifecycle management.
•Coordinate sales support activities including order processing, display stock management, point-of-sale distribution, and customer enquiries.
•Build and maintain relationships with Sales teams, third-party logistics providers, and business partners to ensure seamless operations.
•Monitor inventory performance through stocktakes, cycle counts, reconciliations, and proactive inventory planning.
•Manage returns with approvals, reconciliations, and root cause analysis; develop KPI reporting and operational insights to support supply chain decisions.
