Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage inventory across multiple stock categories to ensure optimal stock availability, integrity, and product lifecycle management.
  • •Coordinate sales support activities including order processing, display stock management, point-of-sale distribution, and customer enquiries.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with Sales teams, third-party logistics providers, and business partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • •Monitor inventory performance through stocktakes, cycle counts, reconciliations, and proactive inventory planning.
  • •Manage returns with approvals, reconciliations, and root cause analysis; develop KPI reporting and operational insights to support supply chain decisions.

Key Requirements
