Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare for each day’s patient visits with the proper supplies and PPE.
  • •Use mobile technology to access schedules and coordinate commutes to patients’ homes.
  • •Build warm connections with patients while collecting relevant information and performing services.
  • •Provide appointment services including phlebotomy/specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs as required.
  • •Label samples correctly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

  • •Previous experience with venipuncture and specimen collection.
  • •Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
  • •Technologically savvy; comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •Pass required background checks (including national background check and DMV check) and have a valid clinical license/record search.
  • •State-required licensure/proof of training, Basic Life Support certification, and a valid Driver’s License with current vehicle insurance.
