Job Summary

Lead end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) procurement process transformation across planning, deployment, and stabilization. Serve as a procurement SME, analyze current workflows, and implement standardized, scalable solutions with SAP MM and other procurement technologies. Partner with business, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders to define requirements, build business cases and KPI frameworks, and drive change management including training, documentation, and adoption while supporting governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end procurement process transformation initiatives across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle.
•Act as a procurement subject matter expert (SME) and leverage procurement best practices.
•Analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement standardized, scalable solutions.
•Drive process standardization, automation, and digital transformation using SAP and other procurement technologies.
•Lead transformation projects including business case development, implementation roadmaps, KPI frameworks, and change management with training and documentation.

Key Requirements

•8–12+ years of procurement, supply chain, or business process transformation experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
•Strong expertise in Procurement and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
•Strong knowledge of SAP MM, procurement operations, purchasing, inventory management, and supplier collaboration.
•Experience leading procurement transformation, process mapping, continuous improvement, and change management with user training and adoption.
