Key Responsibilities

  • •Support customers in their transformation to SAP S/4HANA / Intelligent Enterprise.
  • •Resolve S/4HANA, Digital Manufacturing, and related system issues as a functional and technical expert.
  • •Deliver remote and onsite services focused on system optimization, conceptual planning, and sharing best practices.
  • •Analyze complex business processes with root-cause analysis and optimization across SAP PP, QM, DM, and PEO.
  • •Lead service delivery teams/escalation teams and mentor Early Talents.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of experience in Development, Support, or Consulting in SAP production planning, quality management, digital manufacturing, or related areas.
  • •SAP hands-on expertise in at least one (ideally two) areas: SAP PP-PI, SAP Quality Management, SAP Digital Manufacturing, SAP Materials Management.
  • •Integration knowledge between S/4HANA and MES or between PLM and S/4HANA (PLMSI, PDMI).
  • •Experience with manufacturing execution and assembly processes and with SAP Master Data.
  • •Ability to manage customers and SAP implementation/service deliveries and/or project management, with strong communication skills.
