Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboard business and consumer depository products and services routed through the Community Banking channel.
  • •Complete Treasury Management (TM) setup forms and enable TM products and services for business clients.
  • •Perform deposit account maintenance and process deposit account-related requests, approvals, and supersede requests.
  • •Gather, complete, and validate CDD/KYC requirements and forms to support depository and TM services.
  • •Handle client inquiries and process transactions, including wires and related requests up to prescribed authority limits, ensuring accurate daily processing and reconciliation.
