Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, manage, and execute a multi-year sales strategy and plan for Japan Enterprise business across sub segments.
  • •Align Japan Enterprise direction with global/regional strategies across Cisco portfolio, leveraging partners to accelerate growth.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams (Solutions Engineering, Architecture, Product, Partner, CX) to design strategies maximizing outcomes for Cisco and enterprise customers.
  • •Recruit, maintain, and develop a high-performing, diverse team to run strategic accounts across Japan and APJC via a complex matrix.
  • •Drive Cisco’s vision through deep competitive and market understanding, and represent Cisco as a spokesperson at internal and external engagements as required.
