Retail Area Leader I or II- Northern Kentucky/Louisville Area

Lead a region’s Retail Community bank branches, driving sales and service goals through coaching, counseling, feedback, reinforcement, and support of the bank’s sales and credit cultures. Partner across business lines to impact retail and small business clients, monitor branch performance using financial and activity reports, identify gaps, and develop improvement plans. Manage and develop branch leaders to strengthen sales execution, service quality, operational soundness, and risk management.
