•Clinical Practice: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practices.
•Clinical Practice: Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare facility policies.
•Clinical Practice: Utilize electronic health records (e.g., Malaffi) efficiently.
•Clinical Practice: Monitor patient conditions, escalate care as needed, and apply early warning tools.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor Degree in Nursing OR
•Associate degree in Nursing from Canada or USA with minimum two (2) years course duration AND
•Successful completion of the National exam: USA: NCLEX - RN Canada: Licensing Exam
•Minimum two (2) years clinical experience post qualification
